Yay, thank you for taking the time to learn more about my process. I don’t like surprises and I know you don’t either! So let’s talk about what is going to happen when you book with me.

I want you to feel safe and secure knowing that you will get the best service available, I’m guessing you want to have the best! So here it is, I guarantee what I do and that if you don’t love your experience and photographs then it won’t cost you a cent.

The first thing we will do is get to know each other better. I want to listen and learn so I can capture the exact images you will love and treasure for a lifetime. This way we will capture the uniqueness of your family. My mission is to give you a dream experience to own a set of images that you love and are thrilled with.

Here’s my 4 step guide we will use to create amazing images for you.

Step 1. The Pre Plan Talk.

This is just a little chat. We can talk about your family, about you, the result that you are expecting. We can discuss how you would like to enjoy your images and make a decision if you are happy for me to create the images of your family. I love to over deliver and this is where I figure out how to do this for you.

Step 2. The Shoot.

This is the day of our shoot! This is the creation of your dream photos! I am going to capture who you are as a family, your kids as their own individuals and every connection you have with one another. This is what I do best, as a mum with 3 kids, I know what makes me smile and what makes me cry whenever I look at their photos. Your session will be calm and you will all have great experience. Everyone in my photo shoots is treated with love, respect and patience. We will take our time to get the images we envision. After the shoot, I will book you in for your Image Reveal.

Step 3. The Design

7-10 days after the shoot, we'll meet for your Image Reveal and Design Consultation. This is your first glimpse of the images, and I want you to be wowed! Your satisfaction is guaranteed; if you're not happy, you won't pay. This is also the time to decide how you'd like to enjoy your images—in a beautiful box or displayed on your wall or both.

Step 4. The Delivery

Three weeks after the design, your products will be ready for collection, ensuring you and your future generations can enjoy them.
